Terms & Conditions

Scope of Work: The Numbers Nest, LLC provides bookkeeping and business operations consulting services as agreed upon in the individual client scope of work.

Payment Terms: Flat-rate projects require payment before work begins unless otherwise agreed. Hourly services are invoiced monthly and due upon receipt.

Cancellations: Discovery calls or meetings must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Communication: Business hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm PT. Emails and messages will be responded to within 1–2 business days.

Document Ownership: Reports, documents, and financial statements provided by The Numbers Nest, LLC may be used by the client for business purposes but may not be reproduced or shared for commercial use without permission.

Confidentiality: All client data and business information is treated with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without written consent.
